Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana on 14 April1976. Ward attended Monroe Christian School, a Christian private school for children. As for her secondary educationWard was a student at Ouachita Parish High School, but she moved in River Oaks High School on the last day of her junior year; thereshe was a member of the drill and dance team. She was also a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after her graduation. Ward aged 13 was modeling when she quit the school. She moved in New York to pursue this job. Her acting career began after a few years afterward. Her first role was an uncredited role in the 1970's soap-opera All My Children, and then was cast as the lead in a drama for teens on NBC Prime Time Malibu Shores. In the latter half of 1996Ward landed a role in the daytime soap opera Sunset Beach where she portrayed the sexually virginal Meg Cummings. In 1999, her movie career started by playing Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the thriller erotica The In Crowd. The movie was a commercial disappointment in the theater, however it had some success on cable and home-video. Ward was a supporting character on the show Shallow Hal the following year. Alongside her direct-to-DVD parts, she also appeared in several guest appearances on TV shows including Friends. The role of Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 in which she played the mom of a girl on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. The personal side of her life is a union with the producer David C. Robinson. The couple has a son called Cameron.
